Who we are
Vertiqhq (vertiqhq.co) is an independent AI visibility business for local businesses in Quebec, founded by Kughan Nadarajah, in Montreal.

What this website processes
This website has no forms, accounts or newsletter: we don't ask you for any information when you browse it. Some technical data is nonetheless processed automatically:
- Hosting (Cloudflare): technical visit data, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, to keep the site secure and working.
- Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): to count visits and measure page speed. According to Cloudflare, this tool doesn't track individual users across sites and collects only the minimum data, which is page-load timing metrics.
We don't use advertising cookies.
Booking a call
The "Book a call" button leads to Calendly, an external service. Calendly collects the information you enter (for example your name and email) under its own privacy policy. We receive it to schedule and hold the call.
When you write to us
If you write to us by email or on Instagram, we use your contact details only to reply and, if you wish, to continue the conversation.
Outreach to businesses
We may write to local businesses using the business contact details they publish themselves, for example the business's Instagram account or website. We keep a limited internal record: the business name, the public account, the date and the outcome of the contact. If you ask us to stop (for example by replying "STOP"), we stop writing to you and keep your name on a "do not contact" list so we don't write again.
Who we share information with
We use outside services to operate: Cloudflare (hosting and email), Calendly (scheduling), Google (internal spreadsheets) and Instagram (messages). These services may process information outside Quebec, including in the United States. We don't sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep conversations with a business while a discussion is ongoing and, if nothing follows, for at most 6 months after the last contact. The "do not contact" list is kept as long as needed to respect your choice.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, for it to be corrected, to withdraw your consent, or that we stop using or delete it, subject to our legal obligations. Write to founder@vertiqhq.co: we'll reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Changes and language
We'll update this page if our practices change, and the date above will change. If the French and English versions differ, the French version prevails.
